Hampton Research accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard orders via telephone, fax, and a secure internet shopping cart in USA dollar amounts only. Please provide credit card number, expiration date, card name, and billing address.
Use of Products
Hampton Research products are for laboratory research use only and are not to be used for any other purpose including in vitro diagnostics, foods, drugs, medical devices, medical procedures, cosmetics, for/with/on humans, animals or plants, or for commercial purpose.
Pricing
Pricing is in USD (U.S. dollar, $). Pricing is subject to change. Please contact Hampton Research or reference our website for current and correct pricing if you require this information before placing an order. Prices are confirmed at time of order.
Payment Information
Please note Hampton Research payment terms are net 30 days (from shipment date) in U.S. dollars. Please remit payment to: Hampton Research, 34 Journey, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656-3317.
Payment must be made payable in U.S. dollars. International payments must be paid via wire transfer, international money order, or a check drawn from a U.S. bank. VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted at the time of purchase.
Please reference the Hampton Research invoice number with your payment to ensure accurate application.

Damaged Products
If you receive damaged products, notify Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt by telephone, fax, or email to obtain instructions regarding claims.
Returns
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization from Hampton Research and notifications must be made within 10 days of receipt in writing to info@hrmail.com. Only unopened merchandise in new and perfect condition may be returned and only after a Return Authorization is approved and completed. All shipping costs and a 25% handling fee will be paid by the customer. Product must be returned within 10 days after return has been authorized. Product received because of an error on our part may be returnable for replacement or credit or refund at no charge to you. Items received because of your error may not be returned for credit or exchange. Please inspect packages upon receipt and inform Hampton Research immediately of any damage or problems. Should a product be found damaged, please retain the original shipping carton, shipping documents, and anything else that might indicate that the shipment was received in damaged condition.
Shipping
All shipments are FOB Aliso Viejo, California USA. All orders received by 2:30 pm Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Orders requiring customization will be processed and shipping will be confirmed at the time of order. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
International orders placed from outside the USA are shipped via FedEx International Priority® (typically 1-3 business days) or FedEx International Economy® (typically 3-7 business days). Freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Customs, duties, and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery and paid by the customer or billed to your FedEx account. Hampton Research will not collect and pay any duties, taxes (VAT) or customs fees.
Resale
Hampton Research products are not for resale except for distributors and channel providers approved by Hampton Research.
