Description

The Buffer Systems come in 3 different combinations:
• Buffer System 1 (pH range 6.1 - 6.9)
• Buffer System 2 (pH range 7.1 - 7.9)
• Buffer System 3 (pH range 8.1 - 8.9)

Buffer System 1 consists of:
• 1.0 M MES hydrate (100 mL)
• 1.0 M Imidazole (100 mL)

Buffer System 2 consists of:
• 1.0 M MOPS (100 mL)
• 1.0 M HEPES sodium (100 mL)

Buffer System 3 consists of:
• 1.0 M BICINE (100 mL)
• 1.0 M Tris (100 mL)
