McHugh and Cook report the first crystal structure of a bacilliredoxin from Staphylococcus aureus that shows how bacillithiol is incorporated in the active site in the IUCR Journal, Acta Crystallographica Section F, Volume 78, Part 10, April 2022, Pages 144-149. The crystals were grown using the vapor diffusion hanging drop method with PEG/Ion reagent number 43 consisting of 0.2 M ammonium phosphate monobasic and 20% w/v polyethylene glycol 3,350.
